We use what you send only to answer your request, confirm a booking, or send the occasional letter you have asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it beyond the people who run the room.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to look after your visit and our records, then removed. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the letter with one click in any email. Write to us and we will act promptly.
