We keep this short because we would rather be cooking. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written for a demonstration site, so treat it as a template and replace it with reviewed legal copy before launch.
What we collect
When you request a table or send an enquiry we collect your name, email, and the details you choose to share, such as party size, dates, and any allergies. When you join the newsletter we keep your email address and nothing else.
Why we collect it
We use this information to confirm bookings, cook around your allergies, reply to your messages, and, if you asked us to, send the occasional newsletter. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond the tools we need to run the restaurant.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is read. You choose what to allow when you first visit, and you can change your mind by clearing the choice in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to hello@diverxo.example and we will respond within a reasonable time. On a live site this address would route to a named data contact.
