When you request a table or write to us, we keep the details you give: your name, email, phone, party size, and any notes about allergies or preferences. The site also uses a few essential cookies to function and, with your consent, simple analytics to understand how it is read.
How we use it
We use your details only to manage your reservation or to reply to your message. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond the small team and the booking partner needed to host your visit.
How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept for as long as needed to host you and to meet our accounting duties, then removed. Newsletter details are kept until you ask to leave the list, which you can do from any letter we send.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also decline non essential cookies from the notice shown on your first visit.
