Tables open twenty-eight days ahead. A few counter seats are held back each evening for those who want to watch the wok.

Forty seats, one kitchen, the day's buy on the plate.

We cook from what the morning gave us, so tell us of any allergy or strong dislike when you book and we will plan your table around the baskets that came in.
