A place on the cold line.
The cold line seats twelve each service. A small number of counter places are held for the same evening.
How a place is held.
Service is a single fixed sequence. We seat the whole room together so the line moves as one. Send the date, the size of your party, and anything the kitchen should design around. We confirm by return.
Plans change. Release a place at least a day ahead and it returns to the line for someone else.
