Reservations
Hold a seat where the coals are closest.
Tables open thirty days ahead and the room fills quickly. We keep a handful of seats at the bar each night for those who arrive early and do not mind the heat of the grill.
Two seatings a night, and the bar for the brave.
Larger tables are best booked ahead, and we are happy to plan a whole asado for a celebration. Tell us of any allergy when you write, and we will work the grill around it.
